Frying advice

I prefer "Palm oil" because it can handle higher temperatures, making it ideal for frying. Stick to the frying times and at 180 degrees then everything goes well and fry not too much at once, otherwise the product may lose its quality.
Never and then never defrost a product.

Change frequently the frying oil, smell the oil or smoke is coming from the oil ..... away and buy new.

Frying times are approximate:

Croquettes: ** NOT ** defrost
Croquettes directly from the freezer into the fryer 180 degrees for 7 minutes

Bitterballen: ** NOT ** defrost
Croquettes directly from the freezer into the fryer 180 degrees for 5 minutes

Kaassoufles: ** NOT ** defrost
Kaassoufle straight from the freezer into the fryer 180 degrees for 3 minutes

Frikandels: ** NOT ** defrost
Frikandellen straight from the freezer into the fryer 180 degrees for 5 to 5½  minutes

If you have multiple products in the frying pan gently shake the basket gently so the products not tats each other for 1 minute (minimal) contact.

Not deep frying too much in 1 time.
